Give those men a hand… and flowers.

Nougat. Buttered toast. Orchard fruits. It sounds like a new Tom Kerridge pudding but, in fact, those are the tasting notes for a new exclusive sparkling wine created specifically for the chef at his two Michelin-starred pub The Hand & Flowers.

The Hand & Flowers team – head chef Tom De Keyser, and wine buyer Gavin Hills – have collaborated with Hampshire based, family-owned winery Hattingley Valley to produce a limited-edition brut non-vintage English sparkling wine that pairs exceptionally well with food. So that’s handy…

Aged four years on the lees, the wine is naturally rich with a complex finish and, as well as the above, has hints of honey and nuts and works well with the pub’s diverse dishes, from fish and chips to caramelised beef.

The Hand & Flowers by Hattingley is available at £104 per bottle and £17.50 per glass across all of Tom’s restaurants, including The Hand & Flowers, The Coach (one-Michelin star) and The Butcher’s Tap & Grill (both in Marlow) as well as Kerridge’s Bar & Grill in London.
