The Twenty Two. Spring 2022. At 22 Grosvenor Square…

“We want to redefine the traditional Mayfair hotel and club.” So says hospitality entrepreneur, hotelier and tech investor Navid Mirtorabi whose latest venture, The Twenty Two, is coming to 22 Grosvenor Square, in 2022.

The Twenty Two is a new hotel with an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club. The façade is Edwardian manor, the interior an opulent but welcoming hideaway – designed by Natalia Miyar – for creative cohorts, local residents and international guests in London, designed to “create a space where people can come together and feel welcome, regardless of where they come from, what their profession is and what they choose to wear,” explains Mirtorabi. “London is a melting pot of creative people from all cultural backgrounds and we want to celebrate that at The Twenty Two.”

When finished, the property will house 31 bedrooms and suites, a mews house as well as the aforementioned all-day restaurant and private members’ club. Members and hotel guests will have exclusive access to an all-day lounge space with a bar and open outdoor terrace overlooking Grosvenor Square, not to mention and an evening dining room with a covered outdoor terrace, and a cocktail bar.

The food offering will be overseen by Executive Chef Alan Christie, formerly of Michelin-starred Arbutus, with a focus on seasonal produce, local suppliers and mindful practices.
