One Last (Glastonbury) Hope
The festival-conscious amongst you will probably be aware that tickets to glorious Glastonbury are now sold out.
To be fair, they usually do after about five minutes and considering the line-up – everyone from The Rolling Stones and Elvis Costello to Cat Power and Mumford and Sons – it comes as no surprise at all.
Great news though! Camp Bagborough, a charming private farm, vineyard and fields have the ultimate solution. Thirty-five pairs of tickets, each complete with a lovely posh yurt, double bed, cotton sheets, hot showers, brilliant locally-sourced food, etc. as well as drivers constantly on hand to take you to and from the festival (about a mile from the farm) and a ‘pamper pack’ of organic products to welcome you on arrival. Perfect. It’s also worth nothing that the vineyard produces 100,000 bottles of Bagborough Wine each year
At £5995 for two people from 27th June – 1st July, we admit that the price is indeed a little over the standard festival ticket – but then again, that this is no standard festival experience, so let’s go glamping!
